When I first ordered this, one of the USB ports was damaged. The other two ports worked fine but I wanted to get a working product with as much money as I paid. Other comments had bad experiences with customer service so I was very worried I was just out 33% of my product. I called Amazon customer service who then connected me to Anker customer service. I told them the problems and they shipped me a new product within 3 days. The overall build quality was great with the exception of that one port and Anker treated me well.
The things I like:
1) Full-metal jacket. This thing makes any other powerbank out there feel like cheap plastic junk. I am now spoiled by the Anker PowerCore+, I tried pushing myself to accept plastic powerbanks, I can't. I can't!
2) The 10-LED meter is great design. It gives a much more granular feedback about the charge level. Albeit the readout is less than accurate at times, with values changing considerably within a few seconds/minutes.
3) Compared to other 100Wh powerbanks it feels, to me, smaller.
The things I don't like:
1) Since it's made of metal, and it's all nice and cool... it breaks your heart to see it get scratched. And if you use it on-the-go, it will happen, regardless of how much care you take of it.
2) The USB-C PD port doesn't seem to support 12V output, contrary to stated specs. At least it doesn't work to power up my Atomos Ninja V field recorded through a USB-C to 12V barrel cable (with pull-up resistor).

1/25/20 UPDATE: After continued testing and Anker Customer Support feedback, I am upping my rating form 2/5 to now 3/5. Support suggested that I need to unplug the USB-C to lightning cable from the A1376 when not charging a phone reportedly because the chip in the cable can cause the power bank to slowly drain (unlike when you have a USB-A to lightning cable connected). Doing so in a test condition resulted in advertised charging capacity for my iPhone 8 Plus (for either cable)-- at around 6 full charges. I am still taking two stars off because the LED indicator is still significantly brighter than the A1375 (30W) predecessor, and the LED indicator does not give as current of a meter reading as the A1375. So, I'd still consider recommending this model, but just realize that there are some notable differences from the A1375 (30W) model. The A1376 is NOT an A1375 with just more power in/output capability. I'll update further if any changes. Also, I do appreciate Anker Customer Supoprt's responsiveness to my initial 2-star review.
------------------------------------------
I purchased this Anker PowerCore+ 26800 PD 45W (A1376) because of its updated output specs and my being highly satisfied with the prior Anker PowerCore+ 26800 PD 30W (A1375) predecessor (which is still performing well).
Unfortunately, I am currently assessing if the A1376 I received is performing as it should--in particular, it does not appear to be supplying the number/amount of charges I receive on the A1375 (nor the number it is advertised as being able to do). Despite it appearing to take a full charge (using the supplied cable and 60W wall charger at just over 3 hours), I was only able to get 4 consecutive nights of charging an iPhone 8 Plus (using an Anker USB-C to Lightning cable I purchased separately) that had a remaining phone battery charge ranging from 37-50% prior to plugging it in to the A1376 for the night before the A1376's meter indicated it was deplete (via a single flashing LED)--far from the 6 full charges it should have been able to achieve. After a full recharge of the A1376, I am now running a second test using the standard USB-A to Lightning cable (supplied with iPhone) to see if there is any battery life/number of charges difference.
In addition to the apparent battery life problem, the LED meter is not performing similarly to the one on the A1375. That is, when I did the test charges using the Anker USB-C to Lightning cable, the meter did not update live on the A1376--nor did it update in the morning when I disconnected the phone (i.e., it still showed the same number of LEDs as when I connected for a charge). The LED meter did not update until I connected it to the phone for the next (partial) charge of the phone--which then showed a drop of several LED lights. Oddly, under the current test using the USB-A to Lightning cable for a second night of charging, the A1375 is still showing all 10 LEDs??? Admittedly, I only ever used a USB-A to Lightning cable to charge my iPhones using with my Anker A1375, so I have no performance comparison of the number of charges using the A1375 with its USB-C PD port. Regardless, only 4 partial charges of an iPhone 8 Plus seems not up to spec for the A1376 using the USB-C PD port.
Separate from the issues noted above the meter LEDs are significantly brighter than the ones on the A1375--so much so that I have to flip the batter over on the nightstand which was not needed with the A1375. This may be due to a difference with the LEDs required due to the A1376 having a green LED as well to indicate trickle charging??? Either way it was an unexpected and undesirable change from the A1375's LED meter.
Given the excellent performance and reliability I have had with Anker in the past, I was rather disappointed by the performance so far of the A1376 I have--particularly given the high price I paid for it. After I complete my second test using the USB-A to Lightning cable, I may end up having to contact customer support (first time for an Anker product). I will update this review as applicable.
The oem cable was thin and failed, but Anker sent a 60w 3.2 cable as a replacement.
It cannot provide the 25w my Samsung s20+ requests.
Don't waste money on a 65w nano charger as I did when a 45w will still max it out.
Still working great after 3 years.
