I love the idea of this product. It’s convenient size, it allows charging for multiple devices but the USB ports never worked on my unit.
The USB-C port worked great but for my use, I really wanted each port to work :-)
The manufacturers support site took me over five minutes to navigate trying to find out how to get support so I decided to just leave a review and see what other products Amazon carries instead. I’ll count this one as a loss. Anker products have always been good quality in the past so this is a little disappointing.
Edit: As soon as my review was published, Anker reached out and offered me a full refund.
I didn’t leave the review to initiate a refund and can sympathize with a company who wished they had an opportunity to resolve a customer complaint before it was posted publicly.
For that reason I’m changing the review to 5 stars for outstanding customer service.
If the ports do not work, as in my case, they fully support their product and will make efforts to satisfy their customers.

I bought this charger because i need a type c end for my Apple magsafe charger, it's funny it works fine when u plug the type c alone, it won't work if u plug in the 2usb and type C, the type C port will stop working for some reason, can Anker explain why is that? The rest are working just fine
