The wine is light straw in color with bright yellow highlights. It is fruity on the nose with hints of apple.

It is very refreshing with lovely notes of apple and pear.

Food Pairing

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of Presto Prosecco Brut, chilled
  • Fresh ruby red grapefruits
  • Fresh blood oranges
  • Grapefruit and blood orange slices for garnish

How to Mix

  1. Juice the fresh grapefruits and blood orange till you have 1 cup of each. Combine juices for 2 cups total citrus juice. Chill until ready to serve
  2. When serving, pour 1 part citrus juice to 3 parts prosecco
  3. Serve in flute or white wine glasses and garnish with fresh grapefruit and/or blood orange slices
