Why am I not as happy with these.The qulity is very different?

It’s a good question. I’m quite disappointed myself. The material they have used is garbage. It’s rough. For some reason the black ones are far worse than the gray. I have a suspicion that Companies send their junk items that should go to an outlet store to Amazon buyers.

not as soft material, fit is off, seams not as neat. Unfortunately this product has changed a lot

I agree with you. I’ve purchased these before but the latest had items that seemed to be thinner and of a lesser quality material

Yep, it looks like Hanes is using a lower quality material that it’s not as soft as it used to be.

The waist band inside seam is very uncomfortable after a few hours, it digs into your skin. Trash.
