I would say your in between an XS and a S depending on your preference of fit.

I’m 5’4, 160 lb, 34D bust and a small fits me just right.

Not really, it's thin material. I love mine though super stylish imo and will be a nice hoodie to sport when it's not cold. I might order a few different colors.

I’d recommend the medium. I found this hoodie to run small in general (5’1” with broad/athletic shoulders and the small was quite snug)
