if you use 2 usb-c ports at the same time, it is 45W and 20W for the 2 ports so we do not suggest you plug 2 macbook pros from the 2 usb-c ports at the same time. You can plug one into one of the AC outlets.

sorry, you are unable to charge airpods on the magsafe. The magnet wireless pad is for iphone 12 and 13 series.
