Answer:
i find 11.7AH, less than half of expected. The internal spec is 38.8HA @ 3.7V. Which means it should deliver 25.8AH @5V to your phone assuming 90% efficiency. I could only charge my 4333 maH phone 2.7 times.

Answer:
It's something like 138 watt hours. Currently, if the airline allows it, it's one of two batteries in the 101 to 160 watt hour batteries you can carry.

Answer:
Yes, even while you are using it, you'll just need to get a USBA to USBC cable if you don't have one already. Just be aware that it is incredibly slow to recharge. The good news is you can charge it while discharging as well, so that's a bonus (nice for low powered iot devices as a power conditioner or ups).

You may want to look in settings and see if it has a setting for turning the device off when it gets to a specific power level.

These have a 2.1 amp output & 4 charge ports. They're designed for charging smaller devices like smartphones, tablets, cameras, devices like that. The on/off button on the side of the device is just to show or bring up the on the display to show you how much capacity the device has for charging. It's always on standby. It's only running when something's plugged into it. Check your USB cables and make sure they have continuity and not hairline cracks to prevent them from working correctly and that you don't have a larger device that's it incapable of forward charging. The micro USB and USB-C are designed as inputs to charge the portable charger. The four USB-A ports on the outside of the front of the device are designed for output charging for your devices as intended. I do believe if you try to use all four of those 2.1 amp USB ports on the front simultaneously it might divide up the power and slow down the charging on the devices too which could cause an issue? Troubleshooting; I would connect only one of your devices into it at a time to charge it to see what's happening and if you're getting a charge. If not I would say it's defective and get an exchange. I have four of them and absolutely love them. I carry them around in my camera pack and I can stay off the grid for days charging my camera batteries and lights etc.. you might just have a bad device. These portable battery packs have a pretty large capacity and do take a fully discharged up to 15 hours to charge them two it's 100% capacity. I've had nothing but great luck with them, so I can't see how you're having trouble other than you might have just I've gotten unlucky and possibly got a bad one??? Good luck with everything.. hope this helps... see less Possibly you have a defective device? These have a 2.1 amp output & 4 charge ports.
