If you push the button on the left side of the power bank a line of lights will light up on the side facing you and if there's four lights its fully charged. When you recharge it you'll know its charged when all four of the lights are lit and not blinking.

If it charging your phone and you plug the battery into the wall, yes.
If you are charging this battery and then plug in your phone, it will stop doing anything and require you to unplug both, plug in phone, then plug in battery

It has a micro USB and a USB-C input port to charge the power bank. It has two USB output ports to charge your devices. As long as your cable can plug into a USB, it should charge it.

Yes, if YOUR original phone cord has a male USB type A connector. If not, you will have to purchase a cord with a male USB type A connector at one end and whatever size you need to fit your phone at the other end. The cords that come with the power bank are ONLY used to charge the power bank.

If you're plugging your phone into the USB-C port as your question implies, you are using it incorrectly. The USB-C port is the INPUT, not the output. Connect your phone to the rectangular USB-A port (will require a USB-A to USB-C cable).
