Generally, all external batteries with a capacity lower than 27027mAh (100 Watt Hours) can legally and safely be taken on board airplanes according to Federal transportation security rules.

The PowerHouse meet the requirements to be taken on airplanes as carry-on baggage, but they are not allowed to be transported in checked luggage.

No , the AC port can offer 100W output, It could not work with a lenovo p17 thinkpad that uses a 170w ac wall charger.
