The TSA requires batteries to be stored in your carry on, they are not permitted in checked luggage. There is usually also a 100wh (watt hour) limit per battery, which this is safely below. Any battery you buy should have the watt hours calculated but in general the largest size permitted is roughly 25,600mah.

There's a lot of laptops with that branding, but if it's recent, consult the laptop charger specs. If it's 65 watts or lower with a USB C cable, you should be fine.
