They start out stretchy but by the end of the day are hanging loose. Once washed they regain some elasticity but lose it again over the course of the day.

No, In the back of the briefs there is a stamp that says where are made and it says El Salvador, maybe at one time they used to be made in the USA I don’t know for sure, but they are very well made and comfortable to wear the only underwear I will wear

Thank you for reaching out. This garment has a hemmed leg, no band or binding; but does have a tapered leg to help maintain a “stay-put” fit all day. You may prefer Fruit of the Loom Men's Tag-Free Boxer Shorts (Knit & Woven) that have a straight hem for a looser fit. Hope this helps.

Regular covers the thigh. Long is about 5 inches above the knee. Very comfortable good sizing.
