Update - Baseus reached out to me via Amazon. Part of the issue was I sent a request to "Support@baseus.com" which is not a valid mailbox, however my message did not bounce so I did not think that it was incorrect.
The support via Amazon as a result of my review was responsive and they were able to send me a replacement quickly.
Again, I like the product and it works well with my steam deck I was just frustrated by the lack of response (which was somewhat self-inflicted).
3 months after I had it, it just stopped working completely. If I plug it in to charge, it just causes my charger to reset over and over. I tried multiple chargers, multiple cables, all of which work fine with other power banks and chargers.
I sent an email to Baseus support over a month ago and received no response. Even subsequent emails have gone un-answered.
I filled out the contact form on the support website. Not even a "we received your email" message was sent.
0 out of 10 would not recommend.
I get that sometimes products don't work properly, but when your support is useless as well, you have a bad product offering.
