Not once have removed anything from the C port w/o being careful. And after having this bank for a little over a month I try to plug it in to charge, and the USB C will not go in. I tried flipping it.... even though it's a C... and now it'll go in the port, but not all the way therefor it wont charge. This sucks. I have the 20000mah one as well, and ive had no issues with that one at all. Amazon will not let me return it. So am I just out the money for this. Really unhappy because otherwise it worked great.
