We damaged a monitor while trying to move it. I waited for the 30 days to kick-in on my warranty and then submitted a claim. My claim was instantly approved. I had to find a box big enough to ship it back (using the free shipping label), but once I shipped it, it only took a couple of days and they issued me a gift card for the full price I paid. The process was quick and easy! Highly recommend.
