I use this for travel, and it hasn't failed me in getting the devices (multiple iPhones, Apple watches and iPad) charged quickly as others have stated in previous reviews. Lately I was on vacation and my left charging prong became damaged somehow after I pulled it out from a tight outlet and disabled the charging ability. You quickly realize how much you miss charging your devices using the multiple ports but after I came home from vacation, I contacted Anker customer service. This review is mostly about the topflight customer service Anker has. I filled out a webform and next day was contacted by a human generated email (the first was an AI acknowledgment and provided information about submitting information in the ticket). The human Anker rep advised they shipped out a replacement and would take 5-7 days. Well they shipped it immediately and I received within 2 business days! Thanks Anker Customer service. I received the exact replacement and very happy with the charger. This is why I am a loyal Anker product customer. 4 stars!
