Several said their phones slipped off. It does have a rubbery strip for the base of the phone. Since I have a tech21 case that is rubbery, plastic I’m sure, it sticks in place. I did have one night when neither my phone nor Watch charged even though when I put them on the charger it showed the charge strip on the phone and wheel on the watch were charging. Otherwise it does fine. I would say 2.5-3 hrs for a 70% chargeup on the watch. I don’t have ear buds so don’t know about that. Phone is xs and Watch 8.
