I’ve been always using the 5 watt charging cube Apple provided years ago. I have the IPhone XS Max and iPhone 14 Pro Max as well I do heavy tasks all day with the iPhones CPU/GPU via tasks, it use to take hours to charge specially when on the phone while charging. This 30 watt cube is around the same size as apples 5 watt and the prongs fold in making it easy to bring anywhere. It fixed taking hours and charges two to four times faster depending on state of charge level allowing the iPhone to draw as much power as needed to which is controlled via software and hardware limitations. I use the 5 watt charger overnight charging to keep temperature low while preserving the battery health which my iPhone XS Max is at 92% battery health for years of service is terrific. If I have forgetting to charge at night I use the 30 watt cube during the day hands down. Overall I am happy and would recommend it, I tested the power draw from the wall and confirm it does draw 30 watts as stated within tolerances.
