Update to review below: Anker reached out and offered me a replacement the Powerhouse 90 (not the 100) that did successfully charge my pc and mac laptops. Thank you for the excellent customer service. I am thrilled to be able to work outdoors this summer!
I bought this specifically to use as a backup batter for my laptops. Once I got it and tried to use it it doesn't turn on and charge my computers. It took me a while to figure out that it did work for cell phones but not computer and contact the company at which point they said it may not be compatible, so it was not a defect, but by then it was too late to return the device. If you are looking for something to use with computers this is not the battery pack for you
