I highly recommend this plan. Purchased this for future problems I may have with some of my electronics from Amazon that I buy. Unfortunately my laptop went on the fritz and I sent it off to have it repaired by asurion. Laptop was at a point where it could not be repaired and asurion replaced it for me! Whole process was easy and pain free. Asurion you have a customer for life!
