I use it to charge my Samsung phone, tablet, and earbuds. It's great. I like that I can charge 4 devices at the same time. It charges fast. I get Superfast charging on my Samsung phone and table. It does not get hot. When I have it with me, I am not scared of my devices running out of power. I recharge this powerbank with a Baseus GAN charger and does so very fast. It does the job. There are some issues though. If I have a device like my phone charging at Superfast speed and I plug in my tablet which also charges at superfast speed, it seems to reset the powerbank. I don't know if this is normal with other powerbanks in general. But what happens is the devices' screens come on and acts like I removed the charging cable and replugged it in. Then it resumes charging. But sometimes, it does not resume charging, or it resumes but at a slower speed. I will pull the charging cable and plug it back in and it works fine. After a few months though, my powerbank did swell up a bit and the casing cracked because of it. It still charges normally. I almost didn't contact the warranty service department because I thought they would just ignore me. Lo and behold, they replied within 24 hours and asked for photos and an explanation of my problem. I sent them the photos and they said they would send me a replacement in 2 to 3 days. I was not sure whether to believe them or not, BUT true to their word, they sent me a new one for no extra charge in 3 days! This is the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE that I have ever experienced. This is how customer service should behave. Fast courteous customer representatives. My verdict... I like the powerbank. It does the job it is supposed to. Defects can occur in any product from any company, but how the company deals with it the key. I would buy this powerbank again.
