After the first month of use, the top would not stay on. It would slip off when opening. I contacted the seller and explain the situation. They got back to me quickly and sent a video on how to apply the adhesive that came with the case. After explaining that my case unfortunately did not have the adhesive hence the reason for the issue. They quickly sent a replacement. I was very pleased on their attention on this matter. I am super happy with the product. It has a nice look, I feel my AirPods are safe in the case, and I get lots of compliments. I recommend this product. Thanks again to the seller for all your help! Job well done! Look forward in future purchases.
