After receiving the case and installing it around my AirPods Pro Gen 2, I was blown away by the design. My son and I were trying to figure out how in the world the lid popped open upon releasing the catch. I could clearly see there was no spring, but still, I wondered how in the word the lid sprung open. My son noticed a magnet. Then, I quickly realized the opposing magnets were acting as a spring. BRILLIANT DESIGN!
