Claim was easy to file on my amazon phone app once you have all the info. I couldn't easily figure out how to do it on the computer web browser. So I brought up the product info on my computer so I could input it into the questionnaire on my amazon phone app.

I didn't like that that Amazon through a web browser doesn't link or show your product purchase with the warranty extension. I had forgotten I had a warranty until I was browsing the purchase on my Amazon phone app and for some reason the phone app shows the warranty extension.
