The product description states the connection is USB Type C when it is actually Micro USB. I specifically ordered this charger so that it would be compatible with the charger I use for my phone so that I would not need to pack two separate charging cords.

Nice portable charger,but it's bulky and heavy,and all the charges you can get from it off of one charge is not accurate. I would say you can fully charge a phone if it's completely empty probably 3 times off of one charge. Decent not bad.I would still buy.

good charge, will have power for days, not entirely slow but not fast charging. Does it's job. couple things it can improve on :
1weight, it pretty heavy, I had to carry it in a back pack so it wasn't a big deal for me, but if in a pocket or bag its pretty heavy/ bulky
2charger cord- the charger cord it comes with is ridiculously short, make it difficult to charge the battery itself
3the power button extrudes slightly that if not protected it might get turned on every once in a while

I've had this for 8 months and it's still going strong. Granted I only got it to charge my Android phone, particularly during power outages. Yes, it does seem to take a while to charge up, but that's no big deal for me. I'll occasionally charge my phone with it, just to keep it in use and after a couple phone charges, I'll plug in the power bank and charge it. I'm taking it on a short trip soon, so I'll see how it holds up then.

I use this for my Oculus/Meta Quest 2. I really do like it cuz it's a lot thinner than ones that are comparable with 18650 batteries in it.
I get many hours of game time out of it on a single charge and it is able to keep the battery in the headset fully charged as long as you're plugged into the 2.1 output port (not the 1.0 amp)
I have used it many times for many different things more than just the Oculus.
I do like the one click of the button turn on to click of the button turn off power.

For those complaining for such a battery size that it doesn't charge fast it literally says 2.1 amp output doesn't matter how big the battery is if it's a 2.1 amp output that's all you're going to get but it's enough amperage to keep my Oculus fully charged while playing at 120hz full brightness and volume.

1 year Update: After many uses and charges still giving a five-star review the battery pack for some reason didn't want to take in a charge but was able to use the battery pack till it died. But that said.. Customer service with QT was hands down amazing ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. They said no worries and got me fixed up real quick. Fast communication from the seller and within a couple days I received my new one. And it works perfectly again. Mind you by this point I have probably recharged it 200+ times. And used it for many purposes.

I will be buying more products from the seller even not knowing how those other products will be I know customer service will take care of me.
