To get my son away from cotton, I bought these for his birthday. At first, he questioned why I got him this type of fabric. I told him try one pair, if you don’t like them I’ll return them. Needless to say, later after wearing his first pair, he admitted he over spoke, because they fit much more comfortable than cotton, he said that area was kept cooler, and they didn’t hold moisture when he sweat (gym). Needless to say, I ended up buying him an additional pack because he liked them so much.

The product's design, colors, and softness were all top notch.
However, I wear 3X size underwear so I ordered these as 3X as well. They were so tight fitting even I could not find them fit to wear. I kept them, and of course paid for them, but right now I cannot use them. I'm on a weight loss program; perhaps in time I will be comfortable wearing them.
I would suggest a statement in the product's information page that says..."product runs tight to size".

He said that the product is true to its promise to provide cooling and breathability to the groin. He also likes how long the legs are bc they protect his thighs from chaffing. What I didn't like was the band. I haven't had them for very long but the band has bent over and stays that way. Okay I have big belly that probably caused this, but work with me here.

I have found that synthetic material is good for walking, hiking and running. No chafing. But for sitting or standing around, polyester or nylon underwear starts to itch. Cotton is good for casual wear. Not so much itching. This bamboo underwear is thin and that's a plus. It's less bulky than cotton skivvies and it's cooler. I think it's more comfortable than cotton. If I had to choose between cotton and bamboo for walking, hiking and running, I would choose bamboo. Less chafing. I doubt it will last long. Who cares? Winter coats last a long time. Underwear does not. How long does a waste band on a pair of cotton underwear last?
