I've already revised my review for this product once. The original review was extremely positive citing the product's long-lasting charging ability. Recently though I downgraded the review to one star since the power bank seemed to lose it's ability to recharge itself in less than 9 months of light use and there's no warranty and the contact website in the manual is no longer active. However, I did find an account for IXNINE on Facebook and someone contacted me in about a week to offer me a refund or replacement if I could demonstrate the product's defectiveness. Lo and behold, the product started working again when I set up for the "demonstration". I didn't do anything differently, and I had previously tried to start up the power bank with different power adapters and outlets to confirm the problem was with the product. I can only imagine that there was some sort of temporary glitch.
This time I'm giving the product a less stellar rating for the following reasons:
1. the product did stop operating temporarily and this problem may recur in the future
2. the difficulty in finding customer support (and the inaccurate contact information provided by the company's representative on Amazon)
3. the lack of an official warranty
4. the weight of the product
5. the time needed to recharge the power bank (under normal circumstances)
