Pros and cons down below cons outweigh the pros
I have mixed feelings on this charger the idea is nice, wireless charging while using your phone, it also is a “fast” wireless charger,
there are some stuff that bother me like not including a power adapter so you can’t use it out of the box, you can use any power adapter but only the 20w would give you the speed that they rate it at, (not the iPhone 11 charger 18w) none of us have a usb c 20w power adapter (because it just came out) so that means we need to buy one if you are buying one from apple it will cost a extra $20 so it’s in reality a $60 charger not a $40 charger.
You can’t just lift the phone and go you need to disconnect the charger sort of like you would do with a wired charger so no real reason to have it wireless charging, it also can leave a wear “ring” mark on the back of your phone case, It sticks to the whole back of the phone but clicks into place if you move it to align it properly so you can’t just place it you have to make sure it’s aligned properly wait isn’t that what the magnets are supposed to do?
Pros
Wireless charging While using the phone (can use the lightning port for something else)
Magnets align to the charger for best positioning
Light weight & small form factor
Can be used at any angle
Qi charging
Cons
Power adapter not included
Short cable can’t use it in bed etc
It sticks to the whole back of the phone but clicks into place if you move it to align it properly
Can’t lift and go you need to physically disconnect it
Adds bulk and weight to the phone compared to wired charging
Wired charger charges the phone in half the time
Doesn’t work through their wallet
