Due to major health issues, I do all of my ordering online. I was in need of some new underwear. I knew exactly what I wanted but there are so many, and I wasn't sure which ones would be the right ones. So, I called Fruit of the Loom and had a representative on the phone with me while I placed my order. I described to her exactly what I wanted and requested her to assist me in making sure I got the right ones. I was so happy when she agreed to help me. I placed my order and was so anxious to receive it.
The package arrived only for me to be completely disappointed as what she had me order was NOT what I had described to her it was totally wrong!!
Perhaps Fruit of the Loom needs to do a bit more training of their representatives, in regard to their products, designs, fabrics etc.
