Due to major health issues, I do all of my ordering online. I was in need of some new underwear. I knew exactly what I wanted but there are so many, and I wasn't sure which ones would be the right ones. So, I called Fruit of the Loom and had a representative on the phone with me while I placed my order. I described to her exactly what I wanted and requested her to assist me in making sure I got the right ones. I was so happy when she agreed to help me. I placed my order and was so anxious to receive it.

The package arrived only for me to be completely disappointed as what she had me order was NOT what I had described to her it was totally wrong!!

Perhaps Fruit of the Loom needs to do a bit more training of their representatives, in regard to their products, designs, fabrics etc.

Ok, but...

It's not the quality or panties themselves I had an issue with. I simply did not get the colors I paid for. I kept them because I need them, and like I said, they weren't bad. Word to the wise... Do not just give people what you want them to have, give them what they paid for. I didn't have one pair of black or hunter green in my set, and that was the main reason I chose what I chose. However, I ended up with 2 shades of purple and gray. That was not cool!

Following an abdominal surgery, I was definitely looking for some comfortable "granny panties," but I didn't expect them to be this unflattering. The elastic is tighter than the material, creating a rippling along the waistband and a bit of a baggy diaper look. Definitely don't wear them under leggings or anything form fitting. That said, there are definitely some pros: They're super comfortable, the material is soft, and the leg holes have a grippy texture to prevent wedgies. I still wear with pajamas on lazy days.

Very comfy because they are cotton and breathable, and the fit is good. They get softer every time you wash them and haven’t faded after multiple washings.

On one pair, there is now a separation at the elastic because they aren’t the fanciest thing in the world. The rest are just fine. I don’t think they will last a very long time, but you get what you pay for. I’d definitely buy again because they are comfortable and the fit is OK.

These cotton panties are good but not great. The quality and softness of the fabric are nice. Overall, I like them except they fit more like a hipster instead of a brief. I wish they were an inch or two higher instead of below my belly button. Will not order again.

I weigh 311lbs and a size 9 doesn't work for me...Had I went up to that 10 they would be perfect so I just gave four stars cause they still pull up it's just tight in the crease of my thighs and I'm still keeping them cause I'm losing weight so this will help me to know that as well cause Ik I'll feel a difference
