Battery is not lasting as long as it did after only a couple of years. My only real issue that has been constant is that my Samsung Tab S7 FE will not charge off this unless I plug a full home charger in to it.

Fan runs every few minutes

The internal fan normally used to run during 120V charging comes on every 5-7 minutes or so, just for a second. The power is off, the AC mode is disabled, the fan just kicks on for a second then off. I’ve been watching the pack over the course of a couple days and it’s depleting it’s charge in doing this. Other people in the reviews have said the same thing, I ignored this when I decided to buy but will be returning it since the whole point of a battery pack is for it to have charge when I decide I need it.

The charger took longer than expected to arrive, and when it did it had obviously been opened previously and re-boxed, as it was messily taped back closed and some of the cords were unwrapped while others were still packaged inside the box. I didn't have time to return and get a new one, so I just kept it, but the worry that it might have been returned because it is defective still gnaws at me...

So far no issues, but this is for emergencies, so I worry it won't work when I need it most...

To be honest, I haven't even used this much yet. That said, once I charge it, the fan runs off and on until the battery pack dies. It's super annoying to suddenly hear the fan whirr and stop frequently. I wouldn't recommend purchase for this reason.

Used AC mode to power an appliance approximately 8 hours. Worked quite well. Charged with the 45w PD charger and it never finished the last LED. Discharged to about 50% and recharged it and the LEDs finally turned off. Now the fan turns on randomly every few minutes without it being touched or plugged in. Needs better QC.

I wouldn’t recommend this. The turn on/off button doesn’t work so sometimes when you don’t need it, there is no way for it to stop. You will have to wait and pray that it will automatically stop.

Also, the time it requires to charge is a lot and you never know if it’s fully charged or not. Yes, there are lights to indicate that, but good luck with them!

Poor design as the battery power button is so easily activated. Charged fully when on a kayak trip and the battery was good for one charge because it kept getting turned on and draining. Also this got very very hot
