Very impressed out of the box with the look of this case for the price. Can’t really beat that.
However, I’ve been using it for a couple of weeks and let me preface by saying, I have large/above average size hands and fingers. But this case…is massive on the phone and very heavy.
I used to be able to reach the top left corner semi comfortably with little movement of my phone with my last case when using one hand. Now, I can hardly reach slightly above the middle of the screen unless I have both hands available. It’s too wide at the edges and makes it very uncomfortable to reach anywhere other than the bottom left corner of the phone when using one hand. Sure, for the price I can deal with it. But physically not being able to use my phone anymore with one hand makes it difficult to give it the stars for quality it deserves. Especially being a parent who needs to sometimes use one hand to text, or quickly do something on my phone.
The plastic is also very slippery, so I drop my phone constantly. My last case was much slimmer and as a result less durable, but I can count on one hand the amount of times I dropped my phone or it slid out of my hands in the 4 years I’ve had it. This case could use some form of grip or more grippy edges because it’s just way too slippery. Combine this with the size and it would be rough for anyone with normal sized hands to use.
