Light wicking material - thin and tender. Not like cotton

I have some of this material briefs that are several years old. The material is thin, can see light spots through it. It is not like cotton. I like it, but still have cotton briefs for comfort. This material does not last as long as cotton for me. I have read a number of people say they tear them easily. Must be in a real hurry to get them off. Mine have not torn. Good colors, stay up, comfortable and a good material. You would think they would be less than cotton.

Okay I know it's underwear, but I gotta review this.

Material is comfortable, but not breathable. Doesn't fit well to form, it's tight on my plump booty. Lastly, and the entire reason I felt compelled to review this product; the wiener hole. Ya know, where you pee out of? The flaps are so overlapped, that my wiener is constantly getting caught in between both flaps when I'm done peeing and try to put it back in my underwear. For real, it's not like a slit like boxers, it's essentially a cloth chastity belt. Good luck getting your wieners back in these underwear without having to bend it at a 180 degree angle.

Fit is really tight compared to Hanes other boxer briefs in the same size and have no room for your junk. They absolutely ride up within minutes of wearing putting them on. They are extremely hot to wear even on a 70 degree day and not breathable in the least bit. They are moisture wicking if that means they will absorb moisture and leave you feeling like you are wearing damp underwear. Also, once the fabric stretches around your leg that's it, they will always be stretched out turning them into just loose boxers.

I thought I was getting a good deal with 6 briefs compared to all the other packs of 3. Now I know why, these really suck.

They are the worst Hanes product I've ever bought.

• Incredibly HOT
• No stretch/elasticity
• Lint all over EVERYTHING even after a ton of washes. It's constantly getting in my wife's mouth
• Worst issue... they ride up so bad. I have to reach under my shorts all the time to adjust them

1/10 - Spend the money to get the dri fit Hanes.

Absolute garbage. It is not even moisture wicking material. These are 100% cotton, which is the OPPOSITE. Cotton is the reason moisture wicking material was invented! If you sweat in these, you will stay moist and uncomfortable.

It is so obvious that they made these much more cheaply in order to sell on Amazon. The threads are already feeling loose right out of the package, and the material is like a burlap sack compared to other Hanes boxers.

Everything about these seem like the right size. Right in the middle of too loose/tight. I'm a little heavy and my butt isn't big, so it feels like I'm wearing the front of a vneck shirt in the back. Constantly having to pull them up in the back after I move/bend around because my crack is about to show. Wth??

jock itch problems

I bought these for my 28-year-old son who is away at college. He started developing jock itch a few days later. We had no idea it was related to these underwear. He went through cream, lotions, powder, and sprays for jock itch, and none of them helped. He finally stopped wearing them, and the jock itch started to improve right away. These underwears are manufactured in sweatshops in 3rd world countries, and we have no idea what kind of chemicals they use in manufacturing them.

Rating was reduced to one star, because there is no indication of no star: Length for warmth. But no front support, just loose fitting. There is perfect feeling of fit and assurance, on the legs. But on the front, where it matters, there is the absence of feeling, the sensation of discomfort because there’s no credible specific support. Colors or style, or contrast stitching don't matter. It's what counts. The photos showing the presumption of a front, contoured support, do not 'support' the actual garment itself. There isn't any of the picture contour of the front that exists when wearing this undergarment. Candidly, it should be the form of a cup, that actually acts like like a supportive sewn in area. Akin, politely said, to a brassiere, that should have the support feature yet it's only a loose fitting fabric that offers no assurances. Let this be a lesson for the ones who sell mens' underwear: Tell the truth about your product, that it performs when the product is worn.

I've been buying this brand of underwear for many years now, but this recent package had 1 pair that was only sewn to the elastic band, but the parts of the fabric were not sewn together. 2 other pairs ripped away from the band after the first use, and 3rd pair just ripped after only a few washes. Quality control and the thread used to sew them are awful if 4 out of 6 pairs rip after only 1 or a few uses.

These are very comfortable and I like wearing them. However, after 1 wash I’ve noticed some flaws with these. One pair has a hole along the waist band where the seam just gave out. And another pair looks as if it never had a hemmed edge around the leg. It is just the cut end of the fabric. Quite disappointed in the quality as I’m not expecting these to last long.
