I've always worn Fruit of the Loom size large. Always. Like for 30 years. All of my clothes fit me exactly the same as before -- I haven't changed. But these are weirdly tight. They're pretty stretchy, so maybe they are supposed to be skin-tight, but it's not super comfortable. Also, I don't understand why the patch in front is polyester. I want cotton briefs, and these are almost that.
